P1 Registration 2021

2021 Primary One registration for Phase 2A1 will be conducted on 7 July 2021 (Wednesday) online.

 

The registration hours are from 9:00AM to 4:30PM.

Documents required for registration:

1) Alumni Certificate

2) Parent's school documents to certify as former student of St Hilda's Primary School

3) Both parents' NRIC (front & back)

4) Child's birth certificate or Singapore citizenship certificate if child not born in Singapore

5) Child's immunisation records

6) Other relevant documents (Deed Poll, custody papers, purchase of new housing, care of child under guardian, etc.)

The required documents mentioned above are to be emailed to shps@schools.gov.sg & Alumni after you have completed your registration online. Please state the subject title as follows: Phase2A1 - XXXXXXXXX (Child's Name).

Results of registration will be out on 13 July 2021 (Tuesday) via SMS by MOE.
